Payment Method

We use PayPal for accepting on-line order payment. We have found PayPal to be a very secure provider for all of our on-line transactions. Through PayPal you have several different options of how you would like to handle your payment. You may use any of your major credit cards, or you may choose to pay with your current PayPal account if you have one. Simply log in with your e-mail address and password and head to checkout, it's that simple. If you choose to pay with a credit card you may do so without fear of having any of your personal or financial information compromised. PayPal is a secure site, no third parties will ever have access to your credit card information.


Receiving your Deliveries

Most of our orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days UPS ground, UPS will not deliver to a PO Box you must provide us with an actual street address. You will find that UPS drivers will work with you to assure hassle-free delivery. Always check the number of packages you receive with the number of packages you sign for. Any packages signed for must be paid for.

Occasionally you may have damaged or missing merchandise. If this happens, contact us immediately 1-508-883-1053 or E-mail us!, we will file all claims for you. To help us help you, be sure to check all packages upon delivery for damages before signing for them. Have the driver wait while you open boxes and inspect your merchandise. It's worth a few minutes of your time to thoroughly inspect your shipment.


Tracking Your Orders

Tracking numbers will be emailed to every customer who provides us with a valid email address. UPS has an easy-to-use Web site for tracking your packages.


Returns

Product may be returned within 30 days of the time you purchase it. We're sorry, but we cannot accept product returns after 30 days. All returned goods must be sent back in their original box in unused, resalable condition. Goods are to be returned along with a copy of the packing slip, to the distribution center from which they were originally shipped. Be sure to include your return address on the outside and inside of every package. You are responsible for freight charges back to our distribution center. A full refund of the original item/s purchase price less shipping & handling will be issued for goods returned.
